Bobby Wayne Cook

Bobby Wayne Cook, 76, of Henning, passed away on Wednesday, December 22 at his home. Mr. Cook was a retired self-employed cabinet maker. He is survived by four daughters, Diane Henson of Ripley, Judy Carol Little of Brighton, Sheila Chandler of Memphis and Suzette Chumley of Brighton; three sons, Bo Lackey of Ripley, Marvin Wayne Cook of Huntsville, AL and Scott Cook of Henning; one brother, Pete Cook; two sisters, Inez Delaney and Linda Fay Hale; 19 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Richard and Beulah Cook; his wife, Lucy Bell Cook and one son, Shannon Lackey. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Monday, December 27 at the Covington Funeral Home chapel with interment to follow in Helen Crigger Cemetery in Munford. The family will receive friends two hours prior to the service at the funeral home.
