Bobbie Benard Morgan

Bobbie Jean Benard Morgan, age 38, of Covington, passed away on Friday, April 16, 2021.

Ms. Bobbie was born March 1, 1983, in Brownsville, Tennessee.  She attended Covington High School, and was a hard-working young lady before her lengthy illness.

Bobbie Jean leaves to mourn her passing her husband of 21 years, Joseph Corbett Morgan; her parents, Norma and Bobby Benard; her sisters, Opal Kelly Cochran and Misty Jean (Dustin); one brother, Jimmy Cochran (Tiffany); nine nieces and nephews, Erica (Tario), Austin, Christopher (TaJuana), Audrey, Clayton, Ashton, Autumn, Colton, and Caston; three great nieces and nephews, Nevaeh, Floydrick, and Floriana; one daughter, Anna Morgan; her grandmother, Nancy Benard; childhood friend, Martina Yarbro; four close friends, Rae, Floyd Dyson, Charlie, and Donnell Maben, her “little sister” Tony, a Chihuahua puppy, and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Ruby and Knob Cochran; her grandfather Bobby O. Benard; her father-in-law, Ray Morgan; her niece Shelton (Angel Star), and her cousin Madelyn.

Funeral Services for Ms. Bobbie will be held on Tuesday, April 20, 2021, at Covington Funeral Home chapel.  Visitation for friends and family will be from 12 p.m. until 2 p.m., with the service to follow at 2 p.m..  Interment will take place in R. H. Munford Cemetery in Covington, TN.
