Billy Flanagan, Sr.

Billy Flanagan, Sr., 73, of Brighton, passed away on Monday, December 18.  Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. on  Thursday, December 21 at the Brighton Church of Christ.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.  Mr. Flanagan was a retired bakery supervisor with the Kroger Bakery, worked in the Tipton County Public Works shop and also at the Tipton County Landfill.  He is survived by his wife, Doris Brammer Flanagan; four sons, Bill Flanagan of Covington, Mike Flanagan of Brighton, Scott Flanagan of Burlison and Ricky Norman of Brighton; two sisters, Eloise Cassidy of Pontotoc, MS and Jewel Montgomery of Hamilton, AL; 17 grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
