Billy Chapman

Billy Chapman, 79, passed away on Wednesday, April 11.  Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, April 13 at the Covington Funeral Home chapel with interment to follow in R. H. Munford Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. on Thursday, April 12 at the funeral home.  Mr. Chapman was retired from Southwest Tennessee Electric Membership Corp, a U. S. Army veteran, a 10 year school bus driver for the Tipton County Board of Education and a member of the Covington Church of Christ.  He is survived by his wife, Ann Draffin Chapman; two sons, Murray Chapman of Denver, CO and Mike Chapman of Horn Lake, MS and one grandson, Dylan Chapman of Horn Lake, MS.   The family requests that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or a charity of the donor's choice.
