Bienvenido "Ben" Edillor

Bienvenido "Ben" Edillor, 95, of Jackson, formerly of Munford, passed away on Sunday, August 19.  Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. on Saturday, August 25 at the Covington Funeral Home chapel with interment to follow in Magnolia Gardens Cemetery.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.  Mr. Edillor was a retired mechanic with the U. S. Government and an avid gardener.  He was preceded in death by his wife, Carmen Galicia Edillor; his parents, Rufino and Lucia Edillor, two brothers; three sisters; and one grandson.  He is survived by six daughters, Edna Jepsen of Jackson, Marietta De La Cruz and Imelda Salvosa, both of Vancouver, Canada, Lida Edillor of Masinloc, Zambales, Philippines, Lucia Botor of Dasmarinas, Cavite, Philippines and Doris Edillor of Torrance, CA; three sons, Agapito Edillor of Masinloc, Zambales, Philippines, Ben Edillor of Torrance, CA and Rufino Edillor of Dasmarinas, Cavite, Phillippines; one sister, Victoria Egenias; nineteen grandchildren and eighteen great grandchildren.
