Beulah Whitson

Beulah Whitson, 92, of Burlison, passed away on Sunday, May 9. Ms. Whitson was a homemaker. She is survived by two daughters, Cherry Alsbrook and Patricia Sonderman; one son, David Bruce Whitson; one grandson, David Scott Whitson; one brother, William Chester West; and one sister-in-law, Doloris "Dee" West. She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Verde Mae West and two sons-in-law, Bennie Alsbrook and Landrum Sonderman. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, May 15 at the Covington Funeral Home chapel with interment to follow in Covington Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends two hours prior to the service at the funeral home. The family requests that memorials be made to the local humane society or the ASPCA.
