Bettye Ann Niederhauser

Bettye Ann Niederhauser, age 82, passed away surrounded by family on Friday, December 7, 2018 after a short illness.  She is survived by her husband, Robert Niederhauser and sister Sue Cherry.  She is also survived by her children, Ken Sage (Cindy), Linda Steele (Jim), Vickie Niederhauser, David Niederhauser (Gina) and Diane Foley (Mitch) along with 13 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.  She was predeceased by her first husband, Kenneth Sage and son Glen Niederhauser.  Bettye was born July 9, 1936 in Covington and graduated from Brighton High School.  She was a loving and caring wife, mother, grandmother and friend, and will be deeply missed by everyone who knew her.   She loved to travel and was always looking forward to her next adventure.  Her family is comforted by the peace that comes with knowing that she has made it to the ultimate destination and is now with our Lord Jesus Christ.  A Memorial Service will be held at Covington Funeral home on Wednesday, December 12, 2018.   Visitation with the family will be noon  to 2:00 followed immediately by a memorial service. She will be laid to rest in Clopton Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Clopton United Methodist Church, 5285 Brighton-Clopton Rd., Brighton, TN 38011
