Betty Jo Walk

Betty Jo Walk, 69, of Covington, passed away on Friday, January 28 at her home. Ms. Walk was a retired production worker at Charms. She is survived by one son, Donald Sanders, II of Tampa, FL and two grandsons, Cody J. Sanders and Brody L. Sanders, both of Port Richie, FL. She was preceded in death by her parents, Billy George and Lillian Mildred Fortner Walk; two sisters, Beverly Jane Joyner and Bona Jill Ferrell and one brother, Billy Wayne Walk. Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. on Sunday, January 30 at the Covington Funeral Home chapel with interment to follow in Covington Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends two hours prior to the service at the funeral home.
