Abe Jackson

Abe Jackson, 83, of Mason, passed away on Saturday, October 14.  Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, October 17 at the Covington Funeral Home with interment to follow in Magnolia Gardens Cemetery.  The family will receive friends two hours prior to the service. Mr. Jackson was a self employed car salesman.  He is survived by five sons, William Jackson of Mason, Kenneth Jackson of Henning, Charles Jackson of Mason, Larry Jackson of Mason and Bubba Jackson of Ripley; three daughters, Sandra Cochran of Millington, Charlotte Fleming of Burlison and Tabitha Cato of Humboldt; three sisters, Betty Rowland of Drummonds, Helen Byrd of Munford and Shirley Neafus of Brighton; one brother, Thomas Jackson of Drummonds; 13 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his wife, Elizabeth Jackson and one son, Festus Jackson.
