Danny Ray “Boone” Scott October 13, 1959 – January 17, 2017 Danny Ray “Boone” Scott, 57, of Atoka, passed away on Tuesday, January 17. Visitation will be held 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. on Friday, January 20 at the Covington Funeral Home. He is survived by his wife, Sharon Talley Scott,; four sons; Christopher Scott of Memphis, Daniel Scott of Randolph, Chad Norman of Florida and Christopher Norman of Brighton; three daughters, Crystal Scott Draffin of Drummonds, Brandie Norman McCoy of Burlison and Bevorly Norman Smith of Atoka; one brother, E.V. Scott of Brighton; one sister, Janie Scott of Brighton and 15 Grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Erskin and Betty Scott; three brothers; Rickey Scott, Ted Scott, and Robert (Redbone) Scott; a daughter, Jamie Lynn Norman and his in-laws, Albert and Ellen Faye Talley.
